Parent Teacher Conferences Procedures

We will hold two sessions: 2:00-4:00 and 5:00-8:00. A document with the Zoom Links will be shared on Friday 3/27.

Select the teacher you would like to meet with and click on their Zoom link. If the teacher is currently meeting with another family, you will be placed in a waiting room. You may wait your turn or visit another teacher’s Zoom room. If you’re not sure who your child’s teachers are, please check their Jupiter account.

Each conversation will be limited to 4 minutes so that all families have an opportunity to meet with teachers. Teachers will use timers to help keep meetings on schedule.

Our Admin Team will also be available in their Zoom rooms throughout both sessions, if you need clarification or support.
